The Lounge

The open plan lounge has ample space for seating, so whether you prefer a leather or a fabric sofa, or a cosy chair, the choice is yours. The wall-mounted 46 inch TV is complemented with a Roku TV Stick and a Blu-Ray player, with various DVD's, Blu-Rays and CD's provided. On warm summer days, why not bring the ouside in - open the large patio doors and perhaps enjoy a meal on the patio.

The Kitchen

The open plan kitchen is very spacious, with a generous kitchen island and breakfat bar, lit with contemporary lighting. Appliances include a double-oven range cooker, wine cooler, fridge freezer, dishwasher and washing machine. A prep-sink is also a feature of the kitchen island, for guests who like to prepare fresh produce.

The Bedroom

The bedroom is spacious, with a framed king-sized bed and bedside tables. A 43 inch Smart TV is wall-mounted, leaving ample space for a chest of drawers below. The comfortable bedroom chair is complemented by the floorstanding mirror and perfect for getting ready after a shower. A spacious built-in wardrobe with twin hanging rails, provides ample room for storage.

The En-Suite

The En-suite has all the usual facilities you would expect. Generously sized walk-in shower, sink with storage space below, toilet, illuminated wall mirror with shaver point and towel radiator.

The Garden

The Old Vicarage is set in grounds of about 3/4 of an acre, with lawned and wooded areas surrounding the property and traditional Cornish stone walls along the Southern boundary. Guests are welcome to use the gardens at anytime and maybe enjoy a relaxing drink or two - perhaps after a day exploring Cornwall's beautiful coastline.

Local Facilities

There is a convenience store & post office within a minute's walk of The Old Vicarage and the local pub is only 5 minutes' walk. If you really feel energetic, the beautiful Luxulyan Valley is within walking distance and worth exploring - just remember to take you walking boots and don't forget the walk back is uphill! Bus and train services also operate through the village and although we are located in the peaceful village of Luxulyan, the A30 is within easy reach, with many places of interest just a few minutes drive away.
