The Old Vicarage Retreat is situated in the rural village of Luxulyan and just 2 miles from the Eden Project. Local attractions include the beautiful Luxulyan Valley, the Eden Project, the Wheal Martyn China Clay Museum, Charlestown (well known for Poldark filming) and Fowey. Though the Old Vicarage Retreat is set in a peaceful village, the A30 is within easy reach and our location provides an ideal base for exploring the vast Cornish peninsula, with many places of interest only a few minutes’ drive away. The Old Vicarage Retreat is finished to a high standard, with a large open plan living area, fully fitted kitchen and central heating. The living area and en-suite bedroom have Smart HD televisions and hi-speed wi-fi internet access throughout. The village shop and post office is just a minute's walk away and the village pub (The Kings Arms) is only 5 minutes' walk away and serves good value traditional pub food and cornish ales.
